Rates & Terms (rates are double occupancy)

• Queen bedroom $95.00 plus tax
• King bedroom $85.00 plus tax
• Additional person (child) $10.00 plus tax

Deposits and Cancellation Policy

• A deposit is required to confirm reservation (50% of one night's stay)
• Deposits are fully refundable if notification is made 7 days prior to arrival.
• Deposits may be made by check, money order.
• Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out is 10:30 a.m.
• Pets allowed
• Brochure available
• Smoking is not permitted in the house
• Both rooms have air conditioning
